I will soon spend a few days in Valencia and am curious to try local wines. I won't have the time to travel and visit wineries but was wondering if anybody could recommend any bars or restaurants in Valencia that serve wines from Alto Turia (the high altitude zone) and the Merseguera grape. I know this is very niche and so I much appreciate any recommendations!
