Trade tastings and events

A presentation of minimal-intervention wines from Slovenia and neighboring countries open to trade professionals and wine lovers alike. Around 15 winemakers from Slovenia and neighboring countries will showcase over 80 wines in a relaxed atmosphere. These wines are small-production, handcrafted examples of the vibrant and diverse Slovenian wine scene. From fresh and easy drinking to expressive complex wines with distinctive character, attendees will have a chance to experience the diverse wine scene and indigenous grapes of Slovenia and its neighboring countries.

The VDP.Weinbörse in Mainz is the world’s largest trade fair for top German wines and a must-attend event for wine industry professionals. This unique showcase highlights the quality and diversity of German wine culture, featuring the latest collections from nearly all 202 VDP.Estates.

The VDP.Weinbörse offers trade visitors an opportunity to find out first-hand about the latest developments and styles of the VDP.Estates. It enables a direct exchange with winegrowers and provides deep insights into the philosophy and characteristics of the new vintage. Visitors can taste wines from the VDP.GUTSWEIN to the VDP.ERSTE LAGE® classification, ahead of the May 1st release.

Wine Australia is hosting a unique full-day masterclass and tasting for trade professionals in Hamburg on April 28.

At this event, you’ll have a chance to expand your knowledge of Australia’s iconic regions and wineries, learn about current trends and taste “new wave” wines coming from the country.
