My name is Tom and I got bitten by the wine bug some 5 years ago. I finished WSET Level 2 and 3 with Berlin Wine School and planning to start Lvl 4 some time in the future. However, I'm not working in the industry but would consider myself a wine enthusiast. 😁
To be honest: What I like about wine the most apart from the vastness and complexity of the topic itself, is that it can connect people! So, if you like to get together for a glass or two and talk about the world of wine, feel free to reach out!

Looking forward to connecting with other wine students via this forum! I am Anaïs - a French national living in Berlin for almost 10 years. I completed Level 3 in Wines in December 2021, and am now working as a sommelière in the small Michelin star restaurant "Bricole" in Prenzlauerberg. I also teach wine and am a freelance consultant in wine - all made possible because of the Berlin Wine School!
I am actually currently enrolled in the online program of the WSET Diploma with the London School - if there is anyone else in Berlin who is in the same case, it would be great to connect.
I work in the trade but am always looking for other people to practice tasting with, and generally share knowledge and glasses of wine :)

I'm always really impressed by people who do up to level 3/4 as a wine enthusiast - it's quite a lot of dedication to your passion.
I finished level 3 two years ago and now I'm preparing the Diploma/level 4 - however I also work in the industry so you could say I'm otherwise motivated.
Maybe we meet at one of the masterclasses or another occasion one of these days :)
