I'm Dasha from Stranger Wine — really happy to be part of this community!

We just launched and focus on natural wines from regions you won't find on most wine lists — Armenia, Latvia, Slovakia, Hungary, Czechia, and a few more — partnering only with small producers who are still genuine discoveries.

We also carry no & low proxies as a gastronomic alternative for those who want to drink more mindfully without sacrificing complexity.

Really looking forward to connecting here — with colleagues from the gastro world and wine trade, or simply anyone who loves natural wine and its alternatives as much as we do. Open to all kinds of collaboration — don't hesitate to reach out, I'd love to hear from you! 🍷

it's been a while since we all gathered together for some sims and nibbs, and it's time we change that

With Austrian wines being the focus of this month, I'm inviting you to join me next Tuesday, June 23rd, for an evening dedicated to Austrian wines at Sagma Wine Bar in Moabit. We'll taste (and learn about) different Austrian wines from different regions, paired with Austrian delicacies.

Hey all,

I'm Henric and happy to have joined this group! I took the WSET L3 exam in Berlin and have learned a lot.

In addition I'm a trained winemaker and sommelier (IHK). Right now I'm enrolled in the WSET L4 Diploma Programme in German at Geisenheim University and working as Assistant Sales Lead in a small Franconian winery near Würzburg.

I'm looking forward to a great time here.

I'm really happy to be part of this community to continue sharing. I know Luxembourg is far, but if you ever plan to go, please don't hesitate to reach out.

A little bit about me:  I first started studying wine with Pawel, completing my WSET 2 with him back in 2020.

Thanks to this positive experience, I eventually completed WSET 3 and founded a project called Third Place Wine to continue my pursuit of wine, and to share it with others.

I organize events on a monthly basis for TPW (well, this is the goal since it's outside of my day job!) and would be happy to welcome you to our local community of wine lovers if you are in the neighborhood.
